Q I'm having problems getting the Launcher working on Windows.

- To avoid several problems with DCGO on Windows, the best location to have the game stored is C:\DCGO_Application, right next to other folders like Program Files and Windows, BUT NOT INSIDE OF THEM. Outside of that, you can try to right click and Run as Administrator.
- If you would like to have a shortcut to desktop, right click the launcher and Send to > desktop (create shortcut).
- If that doesn't work, download the standalone in the guide, grab the "Game" folder inside of it, place it next to the Launcher, and that should get you through the current patch.
Q Why am I not getting a match?

- If you go past 1 IRL minute in matchmaking, either back out of the queue and try again or it might be that the current region you are in is full so change regions in config and try again.
- The USA region is known for getting full sometimes so try all 4 regions.
Q Where can I report any bugs I encounter?

- First check http://dcgo.online/ and make sure we aren't already aware of it. Then you can ask in support or go to important-new-member-roles , get yourself the Garfield role, go to dcgo-bug-report , and see if it's already reported and if not, report it yourself.
Q I can't see any of the card art, they are all white.

Q All my tokens are white. How can I fix this?

Q Are room codes not working?

- If random match making is working then rooms are working. Make sure both you and your opponent are on the newest version and that you both have the same region selected in main menu > config.
Q The launcher is saying it updated but the game doesn't start.

- Delete the folder called "Game", then right click the Launcher and run as administrator. If that doesn't work, download the standalone in the guide, grab the "Game" folder inside of it, place it next to the Launcher, and that should get you through this patch.
Q How do I change the playmat or sleeves?

- Paste the desired image file with the name of the file you are replacing in Assets/Textures. You can also find some community made ones here: dcgo-custom-textures . You will need the Garfield role to access this channel
